I am a Business Development Manager with Malvern Panalytical and Micromeritics, bringing more than 20 years of sales experience and over a decade of expertise in analytical instrumentation. My background includes roles as a Customer Service Engineer and Customer Support Manager, giving me a unique combination of technical knowledge, commercial experience, and a practical understanding of laboratory operations and long-term instrument ownership.

I work closely with pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, government, academic, and advanced-materials organizations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. My experience spans particle size and shape analysis, zeta potential, molecular characterization, X-ray diffraction and fluorescence, surface area, porosity, and catalyst characterization.

I am passionate about connecting scientists with analytical technologies that solve meaningful challenges and support better decisions in the laboratory. My approach is built on collaboration, technical honesty, and developing trusted partnerships that extend well beyond the initial instrument purchase.
