Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests submitted in writing and received at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellation requests received fewer than fourteen (14) business days prior to or after the event date are non-refundable. Registration is transferable and must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the event date. 

Photography and Video Release
By registering for and attending this conference, you grant Virginia Bio the right to photograph, record, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, and statements in any media. You consent to the use of these materials for educational, promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, in any format and without compensation.
