Co-founder of Acclinate - a health tech company dedicated to diversifying clinical trials and research - Tiffany has over a decade of expertise in business management, marketing, and community engagement. Her work is challenging; her goal is simple: to trailblaze pathways to healthcare equity.
Under her leadership as Chief Development Officer at Acclinate, the company has expanded to a team of 40 in two locations and has raised over $10.5M in funding. Tiffany spearheaded the creation of NOWINCLUDED, a pioneering community-building platform that serves to deliver trusted health information to underrepresented communities. The platform has been pivotal in advancing the goal of health equity and attracting significant investments into the company.
Ever the challenger, Tiffany’s leadership has been marked by bold decisions and a commitment to diversity and community. She was named to the Inc. Female Founders 250 list of 2024 and won the Johnson & Johnson Innovation's Maternal-fetal Immune Disorders QuickFire Challenge. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on their many sporting events.
