As a Healthcare Strategist and Cross-Sector Alliance Builder, she has built the partnerships that move breakthrough ideas from pipeline to practice across pharmaceutical innovation, retail delivery, and public policy. At Pfizer, she forged cross-sector alliances to accelerate access to innovative medicines. At Walmart, she led initiatives connecting fresh food and healthcare services for underserved communities. Her policy work includes shaping momentous breast cancer treatment legislation in Brazil and leading national efforts to strengthen vaccine confidence.
She is also the founder of Aligned Pathway Executive Coaching, where she works with high-achieving professionals to lead with purpose and impact. She holds accreditations from the International Coaching Federation, Gallup, and the Institute for Integrated Nutrition.
