Professional Bio
Dr. Jacqueline Olich is an advisor to boards, executives, and founders, as well as an investor, author, and mentor. With a doctorate in history and decades of leadership experience across academic, corporate, and non-profit sectors, she brings a unique perspective to the life sciences field.
In 2024, Dr. Olich founded Veza Alliance Management to accelerate research and innovation partnering. She currently advises The Hampton Roads Biomedical Research Consortium (HRBRC), which addresses health disparities and advances bio health innovation in Virginia.
As a strategic advisor, Dr. Olich provides guidance to companies at the forefront of biotech and data science, including Elysia Creative Biology, a climate tech company, and mesur.io, an AI-driven supply chain intelligence platform.
Previously, as a vice president at RTI International, she drove global enterprise growth through academic research partnerships, resulting in a $200M+ pipeline. Her entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding and serving as a director for Diba Industries, a privately-held family business that became a successful medical and life science components supplier.
Dr. Olich is passionate about advancing women in their careers. She is a member of xElle Ventures, a community of women investors funding women-led companies, and a founding member of Chief, a network for women executive leaders.
